Why do you need a sleep planner?

Increasing demand for accurate knowledge based on sleep science
The sleep-related market is still new, having formed around 2000. In recent years, many people have experienced a decline in the quality of their sleep due to disruptions to their daily routines caused by COVID-19, and the sleep-related market is expanding with the introduction of services and products that focus on "quality." However, there are few people who can provide correct information about sleep, and incorrect information is often found. As the market expands, it is expected that sleep planners, people with the correct knowledge, will play an active role.

Lack of personnel and environment capable of providing correct knowledge

We need people with proper evidence-based sleep knowledge

読みやすさ○

テキストは読みやすくて分かりやすかったです。ただ、強いて挙げるなら、エビデンスを具体的に記載して欲しいなと思ったのが何か所がありました。
試験は、かなり細かいことまで問われるので難しかったです。
