Pay later (paid)

No prior registration or credit card registration is required. You can purchase now with just your email address and mobile phone number.
Payment can be made by the 27th of the following month via convenience store payment, bank transfer, or direct debit.
No matter how many times you purchase in a month, you can pay in one lump sum the following month.

1. Select "Pay Later" as the payment method and enter your email address and mobile phone number.
2. Enter the 4-digit verification code sent via SMS to complete the purchase.
3. You will receive an email or SMS notification of the billing amount between the 1st and 5th of the following month.
4. Please pay by the 27th of the following month via convenience store payment, bank transfer, or direct debit.

*If you use direct debit, please register your bank account via the Paidy app or the web version of MyPaidy after completing your purchase.

Payment by cash on delivery

A flat fee of 660 yen (tax included) will be charged. Please pay this to the delivery person when the product is delivered.

*For cash on delivery payments, the receipt given to you by the shipping company will be the official receipt.

About delivery method and shipping

All ordered items will be shipped by Sagawa Express.
Ordered items will be shipped within 3-5 days of the order date.

Shipping periods may change depending on the size of the item and order status. Items
may arrive in separate packages as they are shipped from multiple warehouses.

Shipping Fee

Free shipping nationwide for orders over 5,500 yen (tax included).
*For orders under 5,500 yen, shipping fee of 550 yen will be charged.

Returns and Exchanges

If you wish to return an item, please read the following precautions and contact us by email or fax within 8 days of receiving the item.

1. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 8 days of arrival only for unused and unopened products (unopened from the delivery box).
If more than 9 days have passed since the product arrived without any special circumstances such as defects or damage, returns and exchanges will not be accepted.
Customers will be responsible for shipping costs for returns and exchanges due to customer convenience.

2. If the product is defective (damaged or dirty) or the product that arrives is different from the order, please contact our customer service center within 14 days.
However, the following cases are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
*We will inform you

of product defects during use in accordance with various quality guarantees. - Misuse or improper handling that does not comply with the quality guarantee instructions
- Products that have become scratched or dirty while in the customer's possession.

If the product has already been shipped, we cannot accept cancellations.
After delivery, the product will be returned at the customer's expense.

About points

1% of the purchase price will be awarded as points.
1 point is equivalent to 1 yen and can be used. Points will be added the day after the product is shipped. Points
are valid for one year from the date of point acquisition. Please note that the point expiration date will not be updated.
