Can I use this product year-round?
Yes. It can be used comfortably indoors throughout the year.
For outdoor use, suitability depends on the outside temperature, but it can generally be used from spring through autumn.
How tall can I be to use this product comfortably?
As a general guideline, it can be used comfortably by people up to approximately 180 cm in height.
Is there a recommended temperature range for use?
Yes. A comfortable temperature for use, whether indoors or outdoors, is around 13°C.
When the outside temperature falls below 9°C to 4°C, prolonged use is not recommended.
If used in such conditions, please wear appropriate cold-weather clothing to stay warm.
Can I use it on hard floors such as flooring?
Yes. The firmness and density are designed to provide comfortable use even on hard flooring surfaces.
Can I use it in a room with floor heating?
No. This product uses heat-sensitive materials, so do not use it with floor heating systems.
Can I use a futon dryer or an electric blanket?
No. This product uses materials that are sensitive to heat, so please do not use futon dryers, electric blankets, floor heating, or other heat-generating heating devices, as they may shorten the product’s lifespan.
Can I place this directly on top of my existing futon or mattress?
Yes. It can be placed directly on top of an existing futon or mattress.
Can I use standard pillowcases or sheets?
No. Standard pillowcases or sheets are not recommended for use with this product.
Are there any precautions for storing the product when not in use?
Even when not used regularly, allowing the product to dry once every 6 to 12 months is recommended to reduce moisture buildup.
Storing the product for long periods in humid environments may cause mold or material deterioration.
Avoid placing heavy objects on top during storage.
Is it durable?
Durability depends on the usage environment and conditions.
Based on durability testing, the mattress maintains its shape even after approximately 5 years of continuous use.
Can I wash the product?
Yes. Please follow the care instructions provided for the comforter, pillow, and mattress cover. The inner materials can be washed by removing the covers and rinsing in the shower. After washing, allow to dry thoroughly in the shade.
What washing machine capacity is required for washing the sleeping bag?
A washing machine with a capacity of 7kg or more is required.
Please check the washing machine’s instruction manual before use, and always place the item in a laundry net during washing.
How do I care for the inner material?
When dirt or odors become a concern, clean using shower water.
① Rinse the entire item with shower water. If dirt or odors are particularly noticeable, use a small amount of mild, neutral detergent.
② Air-dry in a well-ventilated, flat area.
For faster drying, wrap the pillow in a bath towel and gently shake it up and down to remove excess water before drying.
