Q I haven't received an order completion email.

An automatic email will be sent to customers who have completed their order within 24 hours of completion. About Shipping

Q: How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are a flat rate of 550 yen (tax included). We are currently running a nationwide free shipping campaign for orders over 5,500 yen (tax included).
