is progressing,
The recycling rate for bedding in Japan is low, currently reported to be 2%.
Why is the recycling rate of bedding so high?
Is it low?
Because bedding is difficult to dispose of, it is said that the recycling rate is low, and most bedding is disposed of by incineration or landfill. In particular, bedding made of combustible materials (cloth, sponge, urethane, etc.) is burned in incineration facilities. Some bedding, especially materials that are difficult to incinerate (such as spring mattresses), may be disposed of in landfills.

have achieved horizontal recycling to circulate resources.
Accessories for delivery

The non-woven bag is made from biomass, a renewable organic resource derived
from living organisms. Tags and shipping boxes are made from environmentally friendly FSC-certified
paper.
We have also started using FSC-certified cardboard for shipping.

Check the items you have purchased and exchange them for, then select the item.
Please note that the items that can be exchanged will vary depending on the item
you have already purchased. Please check the "Eligible Items" at the bottom of the site to see which
items can be exchanged.
We have purchase restrictions in place, so if you are unable to proceed with
purchasing the product you want, please call us.

Order from the product page
Please read the precautions listed for each product carefully before
purchasing.
You can also order by phone. If you would like to order by phone, please contact the
inquiry desk at the bottom of the page.

Prepare your return before the item arrives
Please remove the cover and sheets and prepare only the
polyethylene resin material inside. Please prepare it wrapped in a box or bag.
If you do
not have a box to wrap the item in, you can return it in the box it was delivered in.
Please write
your name and order number on a piece of paper and pack it together.

Upon receiving the goods, hand over the used product to the driver.
Notes
Please note that if we discover that you are returning anything other than a Brain Sleep product, you will not be able to receive this service.
In that case, please bring some duct tape.

Can I exchange the pillow for a mattress?
This is a replacement service for the product you are using, so we cannot exchange pillows for mattresses.
When replacing a mattress, is it possible to change the size?
It is possible to change the size of your mattress. Please feel free to use this service if you are thinking of replacing your mattress to suit your lifestyle changes. However, please note that we cannot exchange a larger size for a smaller size due to shipping restrictions.
When replacing the pillow, is it possible to change the height?
The pillow height can be changed.
Are products purchased on Rakuten, Amazon, or in stores eligible for exchange?
This service is only available to those who purchase from the BRAIN SLEEP OFFICIAL SITE.
Can I exchange the Brain Sleep Float KING size mattress?
The Brain Sleep Mattress Float KING size is a large item and due to
shipping restrictions it is currently not eligible for exchange through the Eco Cycle Program.
Brain Sleep Mattress Float (KING), Brain Sleep Mattress Plus Float (QUEEN/KING), and Brain Sleep
Mattress Premium Float (QUEEN/KING) are large items and therefore do not qualify.
Can I receive the free size exchange service for pillows exchanged through the Eco Cycle Program?
Please note that pillows exchanged under the Eco Cycle Program are not eligible for the free size exchange service.
If I cannot proceed to the page for the applicable product, can I still use the Eco Cycle Program?
Possible reasons for not being able to proceed to the page for the target product include not having a purchase history on the BRAIN SLEEP OFFICIAL SITE, your purchase history does not meet the requirements for purchasing the target product, you are logged in with a different account, a system malfunction, etc. If you call us, we can check your purchase history for you, so please feel free to contact our customer service desk.
Can I use services such as delivery to a designated area, delivery boxes, or pick-up at a convenience store?
This is a service in which the product is handed over at the time of delivery, so delivery to a designated location, delivery box, or collection at a convenience store is not available.
Can coupons be used together?
Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with other Eco Cycle Program offers.
I would like to purchase multiple items together with other products and apply the campaign, is this possible?
The EcoCycle Program cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, and orders are limited to one item per order.
Is extended warranty service available?
Yes, you can. If you would like to use it, please add a protection plan and proceed to payment.
