    After completing your order, you will receive a link to the installation/free collection service answer form in the order completion email sent from BRAIN SLEEP. Please provide your preferred installation date and home environment details. You will receive an email from BRAIN SLEEP with the link to the installation/free collection service response form. Please answer your desired installation date and home environment. We will send this from the following email address and subject.

    Confirm the schedule by phone

    Approximately one week after your response, World Reuse Co., Ltd., the company entrusted with mattress installation and collection, will contact you by phone to confirm the delivery date.

Terms of Use
・This service is only available when ordering an eligible mattress from the BRAIN SLEEP OFFICIAL SITE. Please note that it cannot be used for the installation of mattresses from other companies or for the free collection of unwanted mattresses only.

・Regarding cancellations
If you wish to cancel the service after ordering, you can do so before confirming the schedule by phone with World Reuse Co., Ltd. If you cancel after the schedule has been confirmed by phone, a cancellation fee of ¥10,000 will be incurred and offset against the installation and collection fee you paid at the time of order. To cancel, please contact Brain Sleep via the customer inquiry form.

・Regarding schedule changes
Please note that schedule changes cannot be accepted after the schedule has been confirmed via phone or email.
Even if you re-enter the application form after confirmation by phone or email, we will not be able to accommodate schedule changes. Please be aware of this in advance.

・Please check the carry-in route.
Even if carry-in/carry-out is not possible on the day, we will not refund the service fee.
※ If the difference between the carry-in/carry-out route and the product size is within 5 cm, there is a possibility that carry-in/carry-out may not be possible due to transportation reasons. Please check the size with sufficient allowance.

1. Size of the item to be purchased (can it be installed at the intended location?) Please check the size listed on the product page of the item you wish to order. Measure the size of the installation location to confirm if it can be installed.
* If the difference between the carrying-in/out route and the product size is within 5cm, it may not be possible to carry the item in or out due to transportation constraints. Please ensure you check the sizes with sufficient allowance.

2. Size of the item to be picked up / Can it be carried out? Measure the three-side dimensions of the item to be picked up and confirm if it can be carried out.
* If the difference between the carrying-in/out route and the product size is within 5cm, it may not be possible to carry the item in or out due to transportation constraints. Please ensure you check the sizes with sufficient allowance.

3. Carrying-in/out route Please accurately check the width of passageways and ceiling height of the carrying-in/out route.
Depending on the building structure, areas requiring size confirmation are as follows. Please check the carrying-in/out route before ordering.
* If the width or depth is the same as the product size, there may not be enough space for the delivery staff to enter during delivery, making transportation impossible. When checking sizes, please consider the space for staff to enter.

4. Elevator size If there is an elevator in the carrying-in/out route, please check the product size and the elevator door/interior dimensions before ordering.
If the landing ceiling is low, or the floor area is small and furniture cannot be placed, it may not be possible to carry items via the stairs. Please check the stair space before ordering.
* Carrying items in/out via stairs is also available at no additional charge.

5. Stair size Please check the width and height of the stairs, as well as the width, depth, and ceiling height of the landing at the turning point.
If the landing ceiling is low, or the floor area is small and furniture cannot be placed, it may not be possible to carry items via the stairs. Please check the stair space before ordering.

6. Hallway, entrance, and door sizes When carrying furniture in and out, if there is a corner in the hallway, the furniture will be carried vertically and rotated. Please check if the item can be stood upright in the hallway and the height of the corner.
Also, the effective width for carrying items in and out through room and entrance doors may be narrowed depending on how wide the door opens and the position of the doorknob. Please also check for any protrusions.
If there are built-in fixtures such as mailboxes near the carrying-in/out location, they may become obstacles during transportation.
Please check the opening size and nearby fixtures to see if the product can actually be carried in and out.
