Mattress Delivery, Installation, and Removal Service Terms of Use

Thank you for using our mattress delivery, installation, and complimentary removal service. Please review the following terms of use before using the service. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Details

We provide delivery, installation, and complimentary removal of purchased mattresses. Detailed service contents are as follows:

  • ・Delivery: We will deliver the mattress to the address you specify.
  • ・Installation: We will install the mattress at the location you specify.
  • ・Removal: We will remove your old mattress free of charge. The old mattress will be removed on the same day as the new mattress is delivered.

2. Service Provider

The mattress delivery, installation, and complimentary removal service will be provided by World Reuse Co., Ltd. staff who will visit your location.

3. Service Fees

The fee for the mattress delivery, installation, and removal service is 10,000 yen (tax included). This fee includes delivery and installation of the purchased mattress, as well as removal of your old mattress. No additional charges will be incurred, but if special conditions arise, we will notify you separately. Please note that we do not offer the old mattress removal service alone.

4. Service Area

This service can be applied for nationwide in Japan.
*Excluding some areas where vehicle access may be difficult.

5. Delivery, Installation, and Removal Procedures

  • ・Specify Delivery Date and Time: Customers can specify their desired delivery date and time using the response form sent by us after placing an order.
  • ・Installation Confirmation: You may need to confirm the installation location in advance. Please check for any obstacles at the installation site.
  • ・Complimentary Removal Conditions: The old mattress to be removed must be one you are currently using at the time of delivery and must be easily movable.

6. Service Cancellation

Cancellations of the delivery, installation, and complimentary removal service must be communicated before the delivery date is confirmed between World Reuse Co., Ltd. and the customer. Cancellations made thereafter may incur a cancellation fee.

7. Responsibility for Delivery, Installation, and Removal

  • ・Damage During Delivery: In the unlikely event of damage occurring during delivery due to our negligence or that of World Reuse Co., Ltd., we will respond promptly.
  • ・Responsibility for Installation: Please report any problems that occur during installation (e.g., issues due to improper installation) to the World Reuse Co., Ltd. staff visiting on the day. For initial product defects, please contact Brain Sleep Customer Service within 14 days of arrival.
  • ・Responsibility During Removal: If an attempt is made to remove a mattress that is not eligible for removal, we may refuse the removal. Please confirm the eligible item for removal in advance.
  • ・We shall not be liable for any damages or losses suffered by the customer as a result of using this service or the outcome thereof, regardless of the cause.
  • ・If we are liable for any damages to the customer, we shall compensate for the damages up to the amount of the product purchased by the customer in that transaction.
  • ・We shall not be liable to the customer for special damages, indirect damages, damages due to force majeure, or lost profits, regardless of the cause of the claim and regardless of whether we were aware of such damages.

8. Disclaimers Regarding Delivery, Installation, and Removal

  • ・Troubles related to the installation location (e.g., narrow installation space or difficult-to-transport locations) must be handled at the customer's responsibility.
  • ・Due to unforeseen circumstances (bad weather, traffic congestion, etc.), it may not be possible to provide the service at the specified date and time. In such cases, we will promptly make alternative arrangements.
  • ・Ownership of the removed mattress transfers to World Reuse Co., Ltd., and the removed mattress cannot be returned to the customer for any reason after removal.

9. Handling of Personal Information

Personal information provided by customers will be used only to the extent necessary for service provision and will be strictly managed. For details, please refer to our privacy policy.

10. Changes to Terms

These terms are subject to change without notice. In the event of a revision to the terms, the revised version will be posted on the website, and the content will be effective from the date of posting.
