このマットレスに替えてから、眠りの質が向上したかどうかは不明ですが、快適に眠れているような気がするのは確かだと思っています。いまのところあやふやな印象しかないのですが、今の寝具の寝心地はエビデンスで証明されています。自分の脳では実感されていなくても、体は実感しているのかもしれない。
眠りだけは自分の意思でどうにかなるものではないので、せめて睡眠環境が改善されるであろうアイテムを導入するのは自己管理の一環なのではないかと思っています。
