The ideal pillow height for quality sleep varies depending on height, weight, build, and preference. To provide the optimal sleeping environment for everyone, the Brain Sleep Pillow offers three types of pillows: LOW (low), STANDARD (medium), and HIGH (high).
Furthermore, by flipping the pillow over, you can choose between two heights, High and Low, with its "reversible top and bottom" design. This means you can choose the height that suits you best from a total of 6 variations: 3 types x 2 heights. The dimensions for each type are shown below.

The average height of those satisfied with the LOW pillow is "161 cm". The highest satisfaction rate, at 25%, is among those 155-159 cm tall, indicating that LOW is primarily used by relatively petite individuals. An overwhelming 78% of respondents preferred a "low" pillow height. For sleeping positions, 53% sleep on their back, 45% on their side, and 3% on their stomach.
For those using STANDARD - Survey results
The average height of those satisfied with the STANDARD pillow is "166 cm". The highest satisfaction rate is 31% for those 170-174 cm tall, followed by 21% for those 160-164 cm tall. 77% of respondents preferred a "standard" pillow height, with 12% preferring a "high" pillow and 11% a "low" pillow. Those who usually choose a standard height pillow tend to find STANDARD suitable. For sleeping positions, 59% sleep on their back, 38% on their side, and 3% on their stomach.

The average height of those satisfied with the HIGH pillow is "172 cm". The highest satisfaction rates are 29% for those 175 cm or taller and 29% for those 170-174 cm tall, indicating that HIGH is primarily used by relatively taller individuals. An overwhelming 90% of respondents preferred a "high" pillow height, followed by 6% for "standard" and 3% for "low." For sleeping positions, side sleepers account for the highest percentage at 55%, followed by back sleepers at 42% and stomach sleepers at 3%.
