It has a complex structure made of three layers of resin with different thicknesses, stacked one on top of the other: a "fluffy layer" that conforms to the size and weight of your head, a "support layer" that firmly supports your head and neck, and a "base layer" that supports the pillow while allowing air to escape from below.

1: Patented technology for weaving polyethylene!
The Brain Sleep Pillow is manufactured at Eco-World's factory in Oita Prefecture. The material used is a uniquely developed polyethylene resin.
First, the polyethylene resin is melted into a thread-like form using a proprietary machine. Then, through a unique patented technology that weaves it into a spring-like structure, it forms a "polyethylene mesh knitted structure" (hensei jushi amijo kozo-tai), which boasts excellent water permeability, breathability, and durability.
At the same time, this process also constructs the 3-layer, 9-gradation structure that achieves a custom-made fit. Afterwards, it is molded while being cooled with pure soft water from Oita Prefecture, a region known for its rice. The polyethylene mesh knitted structure is a patented technology that Eco-World has been researching and developing since 1999, excelling in durability, flexibility, color, and shape.
2: Skilled craftsmen cut to eliminate even a few millimeters of deviation.
While most pillows are cut by machine, the 9-gradation Brain Sleep Pillow requires skilled craftsmen to cut each one by hand, carefully feeling the gradation, as even a few millimeters of deviation can compromise quality. This ensures that every product has a proper 9-gradation structure, maintaining high quality.
3: Stabilizing for 72 hours after cutting
Because polyethylene resin has elasticity, the product is stabilized by letting it rest for 72 hours after cutting. Then, each piece is cut by hand by craftsmen who visually inspect it. Furthermore, the cut surfaces are repeatedly heat-treated to smooth them out and improve the feel. While this takes time and effort, it is a crucial step to deliver a product that satisfies all customers.
Additionally, any polyethylene that becomes waste during cutting is melted down and reprocessed into resin, making it a very sustainable process.
4: Manual inspection under light, piece by piece
The final step is inspection. To check every minute detail, each item is manually illuminated with a light for final visual inspection. It's essential to confirm not only the absence of foreign objects but also that the weave is correct and uniform, so a special, rounded light that can illuminate from various angles is used to ensure clear visibility.
