You can return it within the trial period. There is no shipping fee for returns. After returning, the remaining balance (27,500 yen) will not be charged.
Can I exchange the size?
If you feel the height is not right, you can exchange the size between LOW, STANDARD, and HIGH. Exchanges are limited to once, and shipping is free. If you choose a height size exchange, the trial will also end, and the remaining 27,500 yen will be charged.
Are there shipping fees for returns or exchanges?
There are no shipping fees for either returns or size exchanges. We will arrange for pickup by the delivery person (simultaneous collection).
When will the remaining balance (27,500 yen) be charged?
If we do not receive notification of a return within the trial period, 30 days after the shipping date, the remaining balance will be automatically charged to your registered payment method.
Is the trial service fee of 2,200 yen refundable?
The trial service fee is for the use of the service and is not refundable even if the product is returned. Thank you for your understanding.
