・The eye mask body is machine-washable at home. Wash separately from other items, fasten the hook-and-loop closure, place in a laundry net, and wash on a gentle cycle.
・If the hot/cool gel becomes dirty, wipe it gently with a firmly wrung damp towel. Do not wash in a washing machine.
・Avoid using bleach (chlorine-based or oxygen-based).
・To prevent shrinkage or deterioration, avoid tumble drying.

HOW TO USE
How to put on the eye mask
Hold the eye mask with both hands and adjust the position so it fits comfortably around the bridge of the nose.
Put it on so that it gently covers the ears, then fasten the hook-and-loop closure at the back of the head without tightening too firmly.
As a guideline, adjust the fit so that a finger can slide smoothly between the mask and the side of the head (around the ears), then fine-tune to personal preference.
How to use the warming and cooling gel
HOT
Heat the gel in a microwave (500 W) for 20 seconds.
COOL
Chill the gel in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
