HOW TO USE
How to wear an eye mask
Hold the eye mask in both hands and adjust it so that it fits around your nose. Wear it so that it covers your ears, and fasten the hook-and-loop fastener at the back of your head, being careful not to wrap it too tight. 妻にプレゼントであげましたが、本当に喜びます。
私もとても満足に使っています。
特に一般的な睡眠アイマスクは光を完全に遮断することができないが
この製品は本当に完璧に光を遮ってくれて、昼間でも真っ暗に眠れるので本当にいいです。
ただ、少し残念なことがあるとすれば、耳にかける形式ではなく、頭の後ろで包む方式なので、寝返りを打っていると固定できない部分はあります。
それでも、その分耳が楽な部分があっていいですね。 ^^
私は多分これからずっと使うと思います！

個人的にはジェルを入れて使うのも目元の違和感があって邪魔だったな

ネックコンディショニングのピローを使っているのですが、併用すると後ろの面ファスナーのところが２重になりそこそこ厚みがあるのと固さがあるので仰向けだと首をうまく支えなくなり、後頭部が枕のくぼみに入らず寝心地が悪くなったので外して寝ました。
リラックスタイムに使うにはいいと思います。

私はブレインスリープの商品をいくつか使っていて普段はアイマスクの代わりにタオルを目の上にかけて寝ていたので購入してみました。この商品を付けて寝ると枕と頭のフィット感がなくなり頭が動いてしまいかなり寝づらかったです。初日で変えてしまいました。タオルで十分かなと思いました。
温冷機能はまあ普通。冬に一度起きてまた付けると冷たくて寝れませんでした。明かりは入ってこないです。
お店で試せたら買ってないです。
