ニオイや汚れが気になる場合
枕カバーは洗濯機で洗えます。洗濯表示を確認ください。枕本体は水洗いができます。
ぬるま湯（40度程度）に設定したシャワーのお湯で洗い流してください。
洗い流した後は、風通しのよい平らな場所で陰干しをしてください。
特にニオイや汚れが気になる際は、薄めた中性洗剤をご使用ください。

＜枕本体をお手入れする際の注意＞
折り曲げたり、荷重をかけたりすると枕にしわのような線が入ったり、くぼむことがありますのでご注意ください。
お手入れの際は51度以上の熱いお湯はかけないでください。また直射日光を当て続けると品質が劣化します。
天日干しは避け、必ず陰干しをしてください。

What is an Adjust Sheet?

This sheet adjusts the height of the Body Pillow Medical Support. It is made from the same material as other Brain Sleep products, so it can be used without compromising breathability.

How to Use

Remove the outer cover and attach the adjust sheet to the side opposite to where your head rests.
1. Secure with the elastic band attached to the inner cover.
2. Attach the outer cover.
3. Flip the body pillow over and use it with the adjust sheet facing down.

Can I return or exchange items?

Exchanges are not accepted unless the product is defective. Returns are accepted for unused and unopened items within 8 days of arrival. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs incurred during returns.

How do I care for it?

If you are concerned about odor or dirt:
The pillow cover can be machine washed. Please check the washing instructions. The pillow itself can be washed with water.
Rinse with lukewarm shower water (around 40 degrees Celsius).
After rinsing, dry it in the shade on a flat surface in a well-ventilated area.
If you are particularly concerned about odor or dirt, use a diluted neutral detergent.

＜Precautions when cleaning the pillow body＞
Please note that bending or applying weight to the pillow may cause crease-like lines or indentations.
Do not use hot water above 51 degrees Celsius when cleaning. Also, continuous exposure to direct sunlight will degrade the quality.
Avoid direct sun exposure and always dry in the shade.

Can it be used with any pillow?

It is exclusively for the Body Pillow Medical Support and cannot be used with other pillows.
