Can I do laundry?
Yes, it is washable. Please put it in a laundry net and wash it alone. As a guideline for washing machines, we recommend using a washing machine with a capacity of 11 kg or more for single and semi-double sizes, and for larger sizes, we recommend washing at a large coin laundry. If the shape or model of the item does not fit in the washing machine, we recommend washing it by hand or at a large coin laundry. Please note that forcing it into the washing machine may cause it to break down.
Can I use a dryer?
Do not tumble dry.
How thick is the futon?
It is about 6 to 7 cm thick. It is much thinner and more compact than a down comforter, but is designed to be thick enough to keep you warm.
Is there a front and back side to the futon?
The front side is peach skin fabric and the back side is blanket fabric. Please use the blanket fabric against your skin.
Do you have special duvet covers?
All sizes are standard size, so you can use a commercially available duvet cover. It is washable, so you can use it without a cover.
Can I use a compression storage bag?
Yes, it is possible. Please use the compression storage bag after washing and drying thoroughly. Also, when using it again, take it out of the storage bag and spread it out so that air can enter inside the futon.
Can I use a futon dryer?
Yes, you can.
However, please avoid using it on top of the Brain Sleep mattress or near the Brain Sleep
pillow as it may cause the shape of the product to change.
Does it generate static electricity?
The product is anti-static. In addition, the material itself is made of hygroscopic polyester and rayon to prevent static electricity. However, static electricity can easily occur depending on the humidity of the room. If you are prone to static electricity, please take measures to humidify your bedroom and spray the product with water or a deodorizing spray.
