Developing yarns and fabrics from scratch for ultimate coolness

We developed an ultrafine yarn consisting of approximately 100 fibers, with a cooling nylon core and an even cooler polyethylene surrounding it.
This ultrafine yarn is then woven with nylon and polyurethane yarns using a special technique.

Ultimate moisture-wicking cooling:

Utilizes special material that lowers temperature by absorbing moisture and sweat generated during sleep. Effectively maintains coolness until morning. Cooling function confirmed to be maintained even after 50 washes.

In experiments, a subject wearing sleepwear was sprayed with water to simulate sweating, and the surface temperature was measured with a thermal camera, resulting in an ideal sleep environment temperature of 26.3°C.

It is 2.5 times more effective than the antibacterial and deodorizing standard (antibacterial activity value 2.2), and its effect does not change even after 10 washes.

Stress-free with a two-layer fabric

The inner surface is smooth and low-friction against the skin, featuring a water-absorbent and cooling fabric. The outer surface is made of 100% cotton, a highly absorbent fabric, designed to be gentle on the skin and efficiently dissipate stuffiness. It is said that people sweat over 500ml during summer sleep, but this highly water-absorbent and diffusing fabric allows for comfortable sleep.
