① Select a product and apply for exchange
Select the product you wish to exchange from the page and click "Exchange".

② Check the confirmation email
An email will be sent to your registered email address with the following subject line:
Subject: Please register the delivery address for your point exchange product.
Click "Complete your purchase" in the email.

③ Enter your delivery address and complete your order
Enter the delivery address for your product, confirm that the total amount is ¥0, and then click "Complete Order" to finish.
