Additionally, when sleep quality declines, it can be difficult to feel adequately rested even after long hours of sleep. Given this background, it is believed that addressing sleep problems in Japan not only involves securing sufficient sleep duration, but also, to improve sleep quality, it is important to first accurately understand and grasp one's own sleep state. Changes in Sleep Brought About by "Sleep Measurement" Brain Sleep has been selling the sleep measurement device "Brain Sleep Coin" since October 2022.
