Thanks to a special, highly breathable material, your head stays free of trapped heat — supporting a drop in core body temperature and helping you fall into deep, restful sleep.
*Patents No. 7365060, No. 7745273, and No. 7711922 are held by Eco World Co., Ltd. and were developed jointly with our company.
Our patented 3-layer, 9-gradation structure begins molding to the shape of your head the moment you start using it, creating the feeling of finally meeting a pillow made just for you.
SCIENCE & EVIDENCE
SCIENCE OF BETTER SLEEP
The quality of a full night's sleep is shaped by the first 90 minutes after you fall asleep. Born from the method behind the bestseller The Stanford Method for the Ultimate Sleep,* the Brain Sleep Pillow is the only pillow designed around this "The golden 90 minutes."
*Developed based on insights from the book.

EVIDENCE ON SLEEP QUALITY
Compared with typical functional pillows, the Brain Sleep Pillow shows a higher proportion of deep sleep during the first 90 minutes — the window that determines overall sleep quality.
*Based on our company's own research (comparison with typical functional pillows), confirming an approximately 7.6-point improvement. Individual results may vary.
Brainwave measurements during sleep

OSA Sleep Inventory survey results
The OSA Sleep Inventory is a psychological scale for assessing subjective sleep quality upon waking.
Compared with typical functional pillows, the Brain Sleep Pillow scored higher on subjective ratings of drowsiness, ease of falling asleep, and how refreshed users felt the next morning.
Change in core body temperature by pillow type
A drop in core body temperature is considered essential for quality sleep. By releasing heat from the head, the Brain Sleep Pillow keeps core body temperature about 0.16°C lower on average compared with typical functional pillows.
Change in sleep quality by pillow fit
Whether or not a pillow has a gradation structure produces a significant difference in sleep latency, nighttime awakenings, and sleep efficiency. A better-fitting pillow supports better-quality sleep.

change your morning
DEEP SLEEP
Releasing heat from the head is essential for deep, high-quality sleep. Since the Brain Sleep Pillow is made of more than 90% air, the heat and moisture generated during sleep doesn't get trapped inside the pillow — supporting higher-quality sleep.
Trapped heat can affect sleep quality. Thanks to its breathable material, our product resists trapping heat compared with other materials, supporting a comfortable sleep environment.

Thermographic imaging makes it clear at a glance: the Brain Sleep Pillow keeps head temperature lower than other materials.
PERSONALIZED FIT
Our patented 3-layer, 9-gradation structure gradually adapts to your head size and sleeping style. The more you use it, the more it becomes a pillow tailored to your sleep.

Test method:
Head pressure distribution measured on Day 1 of pillow use.
Subject: adult male, height 168 cm, weight 68 kg.
Because resilience increases toward the sides, your head won't sink too far when sleeping on your side, so your sleeping posture stays stable. It fits any position — on your side, on your stomach, or otherwise — and the 9-gradation structure also supports smooth turning during sleep.
MATERIAL
A proprietary fiber lets us design thickness and firmness by area — soft where your head rests, firm where it supports your neck and temples — creating the ideal fit for the shape of your head.
Durability is a top concern for a pillow you use every day. Our product has demonstrated high durability in tests simulating roughly six years of use (43,200 compression cycles), maintaining a stable sleeping feel over the long term.
*Years of durability may vary depending on how the product is used.
*Results shown are for the Brain Sleep Pillow Standard.
Durability Test
Test method: Based on the JIS durability test standard for mattresses, using our own in-house criteria. An Amsler-type testing machine applies repeated loads equivalent to head weight, and thickness is measured after compression to calculate the residual compression set (flattening rate). The number of compression cycles is calculated assuming roughly 20 turns per night.
SUPER CLEAN
People are said to sweat about a cup's worth (roughly 200 ml) during sleep. The Brain Sleep Pillow can be easily rinsed clean in the shower and dries quickly, so it stays clean at all times.
Number of dust mites bred after using the pillow for 1 year
Compared to other materials, BRAIN SLEEP pillow shows a significantly lower level of dust mite development.
This makes it a considerate option for those sensitive to house dust and for households with small children.
If the pillow's height starts to feel off, a shower at 45–50°C will plump it back up.
*Shower care does not restore the pillow to its exact original, brand-new condition. Please understand this in advance.

Material: 100% polyethylene
Choose from two dedicated cover options.
An exceptionally breathable mesh material. Quick-drying, so it always feels crisp and dry.
100% polyester
100% natural organic cotton. For those who prioritize a soft touch.
100% cotton
It's made in Japan, manufactured in Kusu Town, Oita Prefecture. The material is 100% polyethylene fiber, a recyclable, sustainable material.
The 100% polyethylene fiber material is a high-resilience material in which countless fibers act like tiny springs. Unlike cotton or polyurethane, which sink softly under weight, it's characterized by firm, springy support for your head.
That said, the Brain Sleep Pillow is different from a typical polyethylene pillow. Its unique 3-layer, 9-gradation structure is soft in the center and gradually firmer toward the edges, creating a natural fit that doesn't feel like the material's inherent firmness. Because it conforms to your head whether you sleep on your back or your side, users often describe it as offering "a new kind of feeling — springy resilience combined with a soft, enveloping fit."
It also gradually molds to your own head shape and sleeping posture the more you use it, so even if it feels firm at first, it becomes more and more comfortable and personalized to you with continued use.
In general, we recommend STANDARD. If you prefer something taller, choose HIGH; if you prefer something lower, choose LOW.
Please try it for at least a week first. If the height still isn't right, a one-time size exchange is available within 30 days of arrival (limited to the Brain Sleep Pillow LOW, STANDARD, and HIGH models). Please note that a second exchange or return after the first exchange is not possible. The warranty period is one year. If there is a quality issue with the product, we will address it within the warranty period.

When you're concerned about dirt or odor
Rinse the entire pillow with shower water. If dirt or odor is a particular concern, use a diluted neutral detergent. After washing, dry it flat in a well-ventilated, shaded area. If you want it to dry faster, wrap the pillow in a bath towel and gently shake it up and down to remove excess water before drying.
When the height starts to feel off (once every 1–2 months)
STEP 1: Pour 45–50°C hot water over it for about 60 seconds
Place the pillow flat and pour hot water over the areas of concern. Avoid pouring water while the pillow is propped up or under weight, as this may cause it to deform.K
STEP 2: Pour water over it for about 15 seconds to set the fluffiness
Regular tap water temperature is fine. *On extremely hot summer days, tap water temperature may rise, reducing the effect.
STEP 3: Dry it in a shaded, well-ventilated place
Lay the pillow flat to dry. Avoid direct sunlight or warm-air drying. If you want it to dry faster, wrap the pillow in a bath towel and gently shake it up and down to remove excess water.
We also offer the "Brain Sleep Pillow Adjust Sheet," which lets you fine-tune the height of your Brain Sleep Pillow so it can always provide the best fit, no matter how you're feeling that day.
[Common precautions for care and maintenance]
Avoid caring for the pillow while it's propped up, folded, has something placed on top of it, or is under weight, as this can cause wrinkle-like lines or dents.
Do not pour water hotter than 51°C onto the pillow.
Avoid drying it in direct sunlight or with warm air.
Hair products or cosmetics may cause discoloration. Please note that once the material itself has discolored, care and cleaning cannot restore its original color.
The pillow cannot be washed in a washing machine or dryer, or ironed. Doing so may damage the material and impair its performance. Please clean it by rinsing with shower water instead.
The pillow has a marker to indicate its front and back. Please use it with the marked side facing down, and don't remove the marker. If you can no longer tell which side is which, check by touch: the side with finer, softer fibers is the front, and the side with thicker, firmer-feeling fibers is the back.
You can choose based on the sleeping feel you're looking for.
Place the pillow with the mesh side of the cover facing down and the firmer side of the pillow facing up. After tucking in the cover's flap to adjust it, flip the pillow over before use. *Please use the pillow so that your head rests on the side with the mesh.
Even during the day when you're not using the pillow, store it somewhere that avoids high heat and humidity, and don't place any weight on top of it. Avoid storing it in direct sunlight or in places that get hot.
A pillow that is too high or too low can put strain on the neck.
If the back of the head is elevated, the neck may be compressed, leading to stiffness, discomfort, or even snoring.
Conversely, a pillow that is too low cannot support the head properly and increases the load on the neck and shoulders.
For an ideal sleeping posture, the head and neck should form an incline of about 10–15 degrees when lying on the back, with the head positioned slightly—about 0–5 degrees—below the face.
When sleeping on the side, the ideal pillow height is one that allows the cervical spine to maintain a gentle S-curve, similar to when standing upright.
Choosing a pillow height close to the thickness of the shoulder helps achieve proper alignment.
For back sleepers, the ideal pillow height is one that keeps the line from the head to the upper back straight, as it would be when standing.
A height close to the thickness of the shoulder generally provides the best fit.
Some people who prefer the Low height when sleeping on their back may find the Standard height more suitable for side sleeping.
