I haven't received the password reset email

If you do not receive a password reset email, please check the following:
1) Is the email address you entered correct?
2) Did it arrive in a prank mailbox?
3) Have you set up email rejection?

If you still have not received your email after checking the above, please contact our call center.

I don't know the email address I used to register

In the email app or email management screen you use Please search for "Brain Sleep" and check the email address you received.
If you have multiple email addresses, please enter the address that was sent to you in the purchase completion email. Please check as you may have been awarded Brain Sleep points.

I was able to log in, but my previously registered membership information has disappeared.

Please double check that the email address you entered is the same as the one you used to register.
If the email address is different, it may be a new registration.

How do I log in if I registered with Amazon login or Rakuten login?

Since the site was renewed on July 30th, the Amazon login and Rakuten login functions have been discontinued. Please try to reset your password using the email address registered with Amazon or Rakuten.
