If you have not received your password reset email, please check the following:
1) Whether the email address you entered is correct
2) Whether it has arrived in your junk mail folder
3) Whether you have set up email rejection

After checking the above, if you still do not receive it, please contact the call center.

I don't know the email address I registered with

Please check the email address you are using by searching for "Brain Sleep" in your email app or email management screen.
If you have multiple email addresses, please check the address where you received the purchase completion email, as Brain Sleep points may have been added to that account.

I logged in, but my previously registered membership information is gone

Please double-check whether the email address is the same as the one you previously registered with.
If the email address is different, you may have registered a new account.

How do I log in if I registered with Amazon Login or Rakuten Login?

Since the site renewal on 7/30, Amazon Login and Rakuten Login functions have been discontinued, so please try to reset your password using the email address registered with Amazon or Rakuten.
