- Products used for rental are BRAIN SLEEP certified reused products that have undergone thorough inspections, including cleaning of covers, washing treatment of polyethylene resin, checking for changes in the main unit's shape, checking for scratches and dirt, and checking for electrical continuity.

HOW TO USEHow to use the Rental Program
- If you wish to return the product
- Please request a pick-up from Sagawa Express yourself.
After handing over the product to Sagawa Express, please apply for a return from My Page (external site) of the rental service.
Please hand over the product to Sagawa Express by 24:00 on the last day of the rental period (return date). It is not necessary for the product to arrive at the return destination on the last day of the rental period (return date).
Return shipping costs will be covered free of charge only if shipped via Sagawa Express.

Service Overview
What kind of service is the rental service?
It is a service that allows you to rent products before purchasing them. After renting, you can choose to purchase or return the product. If neither is selected, the rental period will be automatically extended. The rental service is operated by Free Standard Inc. under commission.
Are the products available for rent new?
The rental products delivered will be either new or reused (products previously rented by others). Depending on the stock status at the time of your order, either one will be delivered. Please note that you cannot specify whether you receive a new or reused product at the time of order. Reused products are delivered to you after undergoing official brand maintenance, so please rest assured. Also, reused products can be purchased at a better price than new products.
How do I place an order?
1: Click the "Try" (or "Rent") button and add the desired rental product to your cart.
2: Enter your customer information.
3: Enter your delivery address and payment information.
4: Click the "Confirm Order" button to complete your order.
Can I cancel an order?
Cancellations are accepted before the product is shipped. Please note that cancellations after shipment are not accepted except for product defects. If you wish to cancel, please contact us via the inquiry form.
Can I purchase the product after renting?
Yes, you can purchase the product after renting. Please proceed with the purchase from My Page (external site). Only the product you have on hand can be purchased. Exchanges for other products (exchanges for other sizes or colors, or exchanges for new products if it is a reused product) are not possible, so please understand.
Where can I check my order details?
You can check it from My Page (external site) > Orders > View Details. Also, an order confirmation email will be sent from "info@retailor.jp", so you can check it from the email.
Can I choose between a new or reused product?
You cannot choose between a new or reused product. The product delivered will be determined by the stock status at the time of your order, so we appreciate your understanding that you cannot select it at the time of order. If you wish to confirm whether the product to be delivered is new or reused after placing your order, please contact us via the inquiry form.
About Fees
What payment methods are available?
Only credit card is accepted.
When placing a rental order, more than the rental amount was debited.
When using the rental service, a credit card authorization hold equivalent to the product price will be temporarily placed. After confirming the return of the rental product, the credit card authorization hold will be automatically released in about one week. Please note that if you pay with a debit card, an amount equivalent to the product price will be debited. After confirming the return of the rental product, the debited amount will be automatically refunded.
What is the price if I purchase the product after renting?
You can check the purchase price on My Page (external site) after receiving the product.
※The purchase price varies depending on the condition of the product (new or reused).
※You can purchase the product at a price that deducts the rental fee.

About the Rental Period
Can I choose the rental period?
Some products allow you to choose the rental period, while others do not. For products where you can choose the rental period, you can select the period on the cart page.

When does the rental period start?
The rental period starts the day after the product arrives.

About Delivery
How long does it take for the product to arrive after ordering?
Delivery takes up to one week, depending on the product and your residential area.
Can I specify the arrival date of the product?
While we may not be able to accommodate all requests depending on product availability, if you wish to specify a delivery date for your product, please contact us using the inquiry form.
Please note that we can only accept delivery dates up to 10 days from the order date.
