Development Story
As a general medical device, recovery wear must pass extremely difficult tests. We spent a long time developing materials to prove their efficacy.
We considered mini French terry fabric as a material that could be comfortably worn for as long as possible throughout the year. However, testing with natural fiber fabrics, rather than flat surfaces, proved extremely difficult. We developed dozens of types of fabric, but we kept failing to pass the tests, often by a narrow margin. That's when we arrived at MEDIC
RECOVERY
FIBER. By kneading ceramics into the fibers using a unique formulation and altering the shape of the yarn, we were able to achieve significant effects and pass the tests. This means we successfully absorbed heat efficiently from the body and efficiently released it back to the body as infrared rays, leading to fatigue recovery.
Our commitment didn't stop there; we also focused on comfort as sleepwear. The fabric uses quick-drying polyester on the surface and a cotton/rayon blend with excellent water absorption and moisture-wicking properties for the pile on the skin side. As a result, the fabric feels exceptionally good against the skin, providing comfortable wear that doesn't feel stuffy. The silhouette is also designed for relaxation, and the material itself enhances the feeling of relaxation.
