Due to the tsunami caused by the earthquake on July 30, there are delays in deliveries to some areas along the Pacific coast from Hokkaido to Wakayama Prefecture.

Emergency Information from Sagawa Express (as of July 30, 2025, 10:00 AM)
Due to the tsunami warning, and prioritizing the safety of our customers and employees, we are temporarily suspending collection and delivery services in the following areas.
Pacific coastal areas from Hokkaido to Wakayama Prefecture where tsunami warnings have been issued.
Until the tsunami warning is lifted and safety is confirmed.
