1) Gaps between fibers

The material of the Brain Sleep Pillow is made by intertwining tubular fibers in a three-dimensional shape to create countless air passages in the product. The cavities of various sizes visible on the surface and inside are the air passages. These cavities release heat and moisture. Some places may look like holes, but this does not affect the quality of the product.

2) If you feel it is sagging

A distinctive feature of this pillow is that it changes shape to fit the user's head, but if you want to return it to its original shape, you can wash it in hot water at 45-50 degrees and it will fluff up.

3) Be careful not to overheat

If exposed to high-temperature boiling water or hot air, the texture will become soft and may melt in the worst case. Please be careful of the temperature when cleaning.
Also, leaving it in a place with heat of 51°C or higher for a long period of time may cause the quality to deteriorate. Please be careful not to use it near heating appliances, especially in winter.

4) For long-term use

Please avoid putting excessive pressure on the pillow. Using it for purposes other than as a pillow, such as resting your elbows on it, stepping on it with your feet, resting your back on it, or folding it, may cause the quality to deteriorate.

5) If you feel the height is not right

We recommend that you perform maintenance once every 1-2 months using the following three steps.
STEP 1: Pour hot water at 45-50°C for about 60 seconds
on a flat surface and pour hot water over the areas of concern.
Please refrain from pouring hot water while the pillow is standing up or under weight, as this may cause deformation.

STEP 2: Pour water for about 15 seconds to fix the fluffy feeling
. Tap water temperature is OK.
*The effect may be weakened on hot summer days as the temperature of the tap water rises.

STEP 3: Dry in a well-ventilated shade
. Place the pillow flat on a flat surface and dry.
Please refrain from drying in direct sunlight or with hot air.
If you want to dry it quickly, wrap the pillow in a bath towel and shake it gently up and down to drain the water.

It has the characteristic of fitting to your head, so please try it for a week first.
If you would like to exchange it after the trial, we will accept size exchanges for Brain Sleep Pillows [LOW, STANDARD, HIGH] only within 30 days of receiving the product.
